YOGA

Yoga is for every “body.” If you breathe, you can do yoga. Yoga calms my mind and allows me to check in with how I feel, where I am holding on to stress, breathe through my discomfort and heal in many ways. I love how, when consistently practiced, our bodies open up to new and different ways of movement, but also, I love accepting my body as it is today without judgement, expectation and moving through my practice. This movement allows me to grow a little better, even if only in my mind with each practice.

I found my love for yoga in 2010 and completed my Teacher Training in 2015 at 3B Yoga in Provo, UT. I am currently a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher.

I teach at TRC in Fayetteville, NC, on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
